Sudhir Shivaram is one of India’s most respected wildlife photographers and photography educators. A former Engineering Director, he left his corporate career in 2013 to pursue photography full-time. Today, he is the Brand Ambassador for Sony Alpha India and a globally recognized conservation storyteller. He was named Sanctuary Asia’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year (2012) and ranked India’s No.1 Most Influential Photographer by Asian Photography in 2018. His photo on National Geographic Traveller India's cover (2013) won the Yellow Border Award for best cover globally.

A pioneer in photography education, Sudhir founded Sudhir Shivaram Photography Pvt. Ltd. in 2014 — offering India’s first subscription-based online photography courses. His platform has empowered thousands with 600+ videos and 23+ courses. He’s known for innovative outreach — including the first-ever Facebook Live broadcast of the Great Migration from Masai Mara — and has collaborated with multiple State Tourism Boards to promote eco-tourism. He has also spoken at global platforms like Adobe MAKE IT (Australia) and Adobe MAX, and featured on national TV in History TV18’s Ride to Conquer. Sudhir continues to lead wildlife photo tours across India and Africa, inspiring a new generation of photographers through his lens and teaching.
